Request account deletion
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your PlugNear account and associated data. You do not need to sign in to access this page.
This is an email-based request, not an automatic delete button. The form prepares an email on your device. You must send it from your mail application before the PlugNear team receives a request. You can also email puneetjaiswal@zohomail.in directly with the subject “PlugNear account deletion request”.
What happens next
- Send the request from your registered email when possible, identifying the email or phone used for PlugNear.
- The team verifies account ownership before deletion. Never send passwords, login codes, access tokens, Aadhaar numbers or banking information.
- After verification, the team confirms the deletion scope and handles your account, profile and associated charging information. This is a request for deletion, not simply account deactivation.
- Some booking, dispute, security or financial records may need limited retention for legal obligations or unresolved issues. The team will explain any applicable exception and confirm the outcome. Automated processing and a fixed completion deadline are not currently promised.
